Embellishing a denim jacket

Up-cycling for fashion

I took one slightly worn denim jacket
and decided to embellish it on a Japanese theme

I selected contemporary Japanese-inspired fabric
and some computer-generated images
and applied them to the front and back yokes
and along the plackets on the front and on the back

I choose to do a raw edge applique
because I want them to fray a bit at the edges

With the exception of a little machine stitching this jacket is just about complete
